When I read this in my mind I heard Derek William Dick saying-
“And the boy looked and stared at the hill. And the hill stared back.”
Well I think dear Mr Dick may have coined his lyric from Friedrich Nietzsche – for that’s where the original quote comes from. I was feeling a little grumpy yesterday.
What I heard in my mind is from a live recording of fish in 1992.
I was going to post an mp3 of it,but I didn’t see any way to do that.
