After listening to U.K.’s eponymous debut album, I thought I’d have a look at what Bill Bruford was doing at exactly the same time with his solo album “Feels Good To Me”. There are some similarities as both albums share two core members, but there are also lots of differences.
To get your own copy of the album, you can download it from here (as the CD version is prohibitively expensive): http://amzn.to/uk-mp3
And so my beady eye is cast over the self-titled album from prog supergroup “U.K.” – this was a request from a viewer, so sit back and enjoy me getting down and dirty with some jazz fusion. Now, I remember enjoying the first side of this back in the day but how will I get on with it in a late night vinyl listening session?
